Really great idea that had the legs to really disrupt the aviation/transportation space. Super dedicated teams and really smart people working to solve a complex problem Great learning experience and tons of autonomy.
Cons
Lack of trust and transparency in upper mgmt tore this company apart. Series B funding round blew up in the 11th-hour b/c investors sniffed out "less than honest" revenue figures. Uber-growth and investor pitch-deck "slide chasing" took president over operating a sound and sustainable business.
