      Firm is small with little hierarchy so associates are given significant responsibility above what is possible for bigger firms. Compensation is comparable to other small boutique firms, but materially below national firms.

      Cons

      While small size and limited hierarchy means that the firm provides a limited amount of training for analysts and associates who come in with little experience. Sometimes long hours.
