Pros
I love this company!! It was a fabulous job and a truly great bunch of people that work there. Awesome teamwork! I always felt supported in my job. They have an excellent training program that is always being improved upon and the training and mentoring continues once you are actually on the job.
Cons
All employees seem to be very loosely managed to the point of not being managed at all. The extreme opposite of micro-managed.
