Black Card Management is an excellent environment to build and learn a skill set that will help you succeed not only in the company but in other aspects of life as well. Employees are constantly encouraged to challenge themselves to grow and achieve success.

No cons have been experienced

Lauren and the rest of the entire company helped me grow soooo much - I can't even explain it! The negative reviews shows the mentality of the right and wrong people. Yes, if you are comparing working here to a minimum wage job - chances are that's all you have to compare it to, which is fine! If you are looking to put in minimum amount of work, you will receive minimum amount of results. That's life. But if you go in open minded, humble and want to truly learn a skill set, then push yourself outside your comfort zone and I promise you that you will excel beyond belief. Having Lauren as my personal mentor is the bomb! She's like a big sister. Of course there are times I want to purposely kick her shins (haha not really) but that's because she tells me the truth and how I can improve. She knows her stuff and worked her butt off. I have so much respect for her and the rest of the squad!! Thanks again for everything!

Of course rude customers can make you lose your attitude. But looking back, I wouldn't change it! Being able to talk to that many people face to face on a daily basis- you don't get that opportunity any where else! We get to learn how to build relationships with all types of people!
