      International company. Investment in the region from the company's owners. Generally good support. Good team spirit. Strong growth, especially data centre

      Need to focus on which propositions they are offering as there are probably too many.

      Pros

      Mediocre benefits and unrealistic quotas with very little support

      Cons

      No concept of the value of sales. Revenue flat for 5 years but quotas increased by 400%. Keeps decreasing comp payouts and lacks the systems to track it and refuses to address. Was using laptop that was 7 years old! No investment within the company
