Pros
There some good people in the organization, though not many. Work/life balance is good.
Cons
It’s hard to imagine a more poorly managed company. Management at every level is disorganized and adds little to no value. Nothing gets done. There are constant layoffs, often including very good workers. Nothing seems to be done with any strategy or reason, Everyone is out to protect their own position.
