Pros
Easy job, no skills required whatsoever. You will be taught the bare minimum to function. Not sure if these are "pros" but its the only thing that was bearable about the job.
Cons
Bottom of the barrel department (Customer service, call center, live chat, email & social media)
Robotic management busy bootlicking higherups, competing with each other on who can suck off corporate more.
Employees are treated like shzt, managers behave like line managers from a sweatshop.
Working hours and shifts are stressful, off days are non existent. You will have to work even if it’s the f ing day of judgement.
