Cons
1.Hiring and Firing policy 2.CEO himself is too unprofessional and of course what else can you expect from others 3. will be given irrelevant reasons for not clearing your Full and Final settlement. 4.will be given false hopes on your salary increments. 5.will be treated like a slave and a core micro managerial organization. 6. work environment sucks. doesn't have office culture. 7.would definitely forget the skills and knowledge you possess joining this organization. none of your credibility and hard work will be recognized. 8. If anyone is having an intension of joining this company, please research well and go for it. i wouldn't recommend. 9. It's a mental pressure of loosing your job..any time, anybody ca be fired without prior notice. during 11 months of my tenure here, 8+ candidates were fired. 10.Management would get into any level of proving you wrong and to snatch your hard earned money. 11. There's no PF facility ( one of the basic) 12. Anyone with the hope that you would learn a lot joining start-ups, this isn't the one that you're imagining.
