      Cons

      Payment delay. no keeping up of thier words. they will use you to grab your hard earned money. no email or phone response even after multiple attempts. they just don't care of you if you are really in needy situation.

      Pros

      Loved working here due to the professional handling of employees. Easy access to top management and kept up their word through my 8 years of employment with them. Had opportunities to grow with the organization.

      Haven't had any issues in 8 years of my employment.....

      small but very focused & aggressive company which keeps you on your toes

      Cons

      Lot of inter department politics, no work life balance. Makes you work like animal
