Friendly non toxic colleagues. There are no pros for this firms,

1. Worst HR policies 2. Absolutely no work-life balance 3. Worst management 4. Employees are treated like slaves 5. They don't even credit salaries on time; it's highly inconsistent. Sometimes it's posted after the 15th of the month. 6. HR and others have absolutely no sense of anything - neither the legal system nor basic communication skills. 7. No holidays on public holidays. E.g., on Christmas, Christians were given a holiday, and other religions were asked to attend office . Absolutely no Diversity inclusion. 8. Even second Saturdays are working days. 9. Highly unprofessional - their clients are absolutely disappointed, and they'll be calling and screwing you over the company's mismanagement. 10. Most toxic and has highly labour law violations happen at this place. 11. So salary hike even their Legal dept are paid 15k base salary. 12. No career growths, No promitions or anything.
