Pros

- No micromanagement (depends on manager but the company culture is that there should be trust in your employees and most managers follow this) - No timings/discipline pressure (they trust you to get your work done, no check-in at 10AM pressure) - Room for growth and internal role changes

Cons

- Pay is very below market standards towards existing employees if they’re freshers while someone who newly joined through lateral hiring will be earning double your salary at the same role at same level of experience - Some mid level employees have a lot of attitude and inner circles and they are very uninviting

- Food in campus - Remote work flexibility - Learning about the FMCG industry - Projects deep dive and reaching out to clients ( Client visit) - KB present in Wiki

Cons

- Salary deduction (variables) - Learning time and expectation - Some managers being funny, ridiculous expectations - Accounts change every quarter - Micro management based on managers - Burnout and exhaustion if the client is demanding, sometimes too many accounts in the plate
