      Pros

      There is no pros of a fraud company.

      Cons

      The company targets fresh unemployed engineers. The company ask for 30000/- and will offer you 2.6 LPA package as trainee developer. No salary will issued. All the people are big fraud mainly the so called "CEO" Sourav Majumder and The so called chairman Sreedev Tapaswi (Astrologer). Don't feel greedy when they are trying to convince you. They only have 2 people in their company. Small office in a rented house.

      Pros

      Sharing ideas with colleagues. Open environment with management. Good opportunity to learn and development.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance not maintained properly. Sometimes you have to work for around 10 - 11 hours during project pressure.
