Pros

Work flexibility is not just another bullet point in their job descriptions. They follow it in spirit. Plenty of options (except the non-negotiable in-person days) as long as your manager approves them. It's been a long time for me here now - far beyond the initial honeymoon period - and I still genuinely like the culture and people.

Cons

Used to be two days per week in-person; changing to three days soon - not a fan of that part at all. Also, project priorities keep changing frequently with strict (but seemingly arbitrary) timelines. You're good though, if you can keep up with that.

Pros

- Great team, with friendly people from diverse cultures, which creates a rich and inclusive environment - Clear efforts from the HR team to foster a positive culture and regularly celebrate achievements - Strong support from my direct managers - A wide variety of work, which keeps things interesting and engaging

Cons

- BizCover recently decided to change its hybrid working model, moving from 3 days working from home to 2. This change was somewhat abrupt and not fully aligned with prior arrangements, requiring significant adjustments to my existing commitments. It has had a notable impact on how I perceive the company’s direction. While BizCover has consistently emphasised that people matter, I would appreciate greater consideration, as decisions like this can significantly affect people’s lives. - Regular periods of high workload and tight deadlines - Frequent interruptions when working in the office can make it challenging to focus on tasks that require sustained concentration
