Cons
No compensation for working over the weekends and working late nights. Sometimes, need to work straight 15-16 hours a day. Don't even expect to get leave next day. If you are working after 10 PM, they'll pay only one-way cab charges. Almost 90% of the projects are delivered to the client late at night around 1 AM to 2 AM .
