Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you feel that your career was in jeopardy. Here at Biz2Credit we highly value our employees and give them credit for their hard work and achievements. We strongly believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and as such their feedback is always reviewed and considered as the main inspiration for making improvements. It may appear from the outside looking in that employees are terminated without warning, but there is a disciplinary process in place to correct employee missteps over a period of time and it is adhered to by management. When a termination does occur, it is not a surprise to the affected employee. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best.

Pros

Direct manager advocated for the team

Cons

Leadership publicly yelled at and degraded employees on a regular basis. There were also repeated layoffs that felt random and created a lot of fear and instability. There was little to no opportunity for growth, even as workload increased significantly. Visa sponsorship was delayed for years, which left many people in a long period of uncertainty. HR often didn’t feel neutral and handled concerns behind closed doors
