The company is disorganized, with a work culture that often feels passive-aggressive and hostile. There is constant staff turnover, heavy micromanagement, and a general lack of support from management. Communication is poor, and employees are frequently spoken to in a disrespectful tone. New hires are expected to fully understand all company processes and policies within just a couple of weeks, despite the lack of proper onboarding, documentation, or structured training. Expectations are high from day one, with little patience or empathy from management or longer-tenured employees, who expect newcomers to perform at the same level immediately. There appears to be little genuine interest in employee retention. The focus is on getting people to perform quickly, even if that comes at the expense of quality or sustainability. Many employees are overworked and expected to take on responsibilities and projects they were not hired for. Despite being an HR-focused company, there is a noticeable lack of basic HR practices, clear processes, and effective leadership. New employees are often blamed for mistakes that stem from unclear expectations and poor organization. Suggestions for improving efficiency are typically dismissed. The work culture is also inconsistent and confusing: management claims that asking questions and speaking up is encouraged, yet when employees do so, they are often met with unprofessional, dismissive, or harsh responses. Unfortunately, this is the worst management and work culture I have encountered in my professional experience. Beware specially if you are international.
