Work from home is the only good thing remaining in bitwise

It's very unfortunate that I have to write it, but it's true and I can't hide. 1. No projects 2. Very low pay scale compared to other 3. Just introduced variable pay system which is worst decision by higher management. 4. No execution of plan, direction less management 5. HRs took all the control and employees are just labours now 6. Not happy with overall policies.
