Nothing can sweeten up the toxic atmosphere inside the company

Cons

Company and management support and cover up racist behavior towards employees. Both management and hr department were trying very hard to cover up completely intolerable behaviour in a company, they even asked me to write down what I’m going to tell my team as a goodbye speech, Hr told me it’s ok to edit it to be acceptable for the company. Company decides to remove employees bonus (40%) without any explanation and as a response you got “you HAVE to sign a new contact in 2 days”, management treats you as a resource that can be easily replaced
