If you are new to cryptocurrency or eager to learn how things work in this vertical then its an all-you-can-eat buffet for you here. They also have an internal academy to teach you everything about blockchain 3. The leadership has a very clear vision and so will you. They plan ahead and know where they want to be in future. You just need to understand the vision and match the pace. 4. They value and appreciate their most important resource. Very frequent surveys and improvements are part of the culture 5. Cons
Not sure if this would be a negative for everyone but things can get demanding here. They are in a ramp up phase and you need to be matching the pace. If you are looking for a stable 9-5 then this might not be the best place for you.
