Pros
A company with big vision and even bigger heart. The individual expertise of each department is fantastic and combined with the clear leadership of senior management, this company is going from strength to strength. I was attracted by the openess and transparency of Bitstocks' mission to 'Eduate, Empower, Evolve' within the financial industry, and I'm staying for the interesting work and the wonderful people.
Cons
As with all start-ups/SME's, the eagerness to drive growth can result in some conflicting priorities when it comes to projects and the pace at which things can be achieved. However, this is normally ironed out with honest communication and refocusing.
