Pros
Bitso has a very good environment to work in, promotes a lot of collaboration and is always looking for continuous improvement, it is a very nice teamwork, and the company has very good values that are often reinforced with employees. The company is a startup that grew very, very fast and as a consequence it lost processes and organization, however, there is a lot of work to be more organized and to have the appropriate processes, I am seeing a big change happening in relation to that. About the business, it's amazing to deal with crypto and get to know this vast world and help the company on the mission to make crypto useful.
Cons
I think that some people at Bitso are not ready for the new direction the company is taking, to be more organized based on processes, and that creates some conflicts.
