Our managers encourage work-life balance, and when extra effort is needed, we strive to show appreciation, especially for those working remotely, through meal vouchers and other forms of recognition.
We also want to emphasize that our engagement survey is fully anonymous and conducted by a third-party vendor. Honest feedback is essential for improvement, and we encourage open communication across multiple channels to ensure every employee feels heard and valued.
