Pros
BitSight has a great company culture, very collaborative and supportive. My co-workers and I all get along well, but more than just being socially compatible, everyone I work with acts like an adult. There's no drama, no unnecessary competitiveness. Everyone is working together towards solving mutually agreed upon problems. There's some bureaucracy, but it's no overly burdensome. Culture, process, and product have all been steadily, measurably improving throughout my time here, and it feels like management actually listens and responds to feedback.
Cons
BitSight is still transitioning from a start-up into a more strategic growth phase, and there are some growing pains. Processes aren't always concrete or efficient. There tends to be more meetings than there really should be.
