Great learning and skills in the chemical industry. Various learning courses whilst in my role to better my skills. Good group of people to work with. Many different shift patterns.

Can’t think of any just an overall good place to work.

Good place to work for. It was established in 1982 so offers good job security which is a must in this day and age, with opportunities to progress -and training courses are offered to aid this as it benefits the individual as well as the Company. A very family orientated company - many people have relations working here which is a nice thing. Many negative comments on here, but you get out of the place what you put into it. Make the effort and it will be recognised and rewarded, don't and it will catch up with you ( same as any place). I have known many people during my time here who have left here disgruntled and it wasn't because their face "didn't fit" as they have suggested, it was because they weren't up to the job and were found out. This is a very busy and fast paced environment so doesn't suit everyone but I for one have been here over 12 years and don't envisage going anywhere as I am very happy here.

Yes, there can be rubbish days, mental busy days, but every workplace no matter where you work has those - other than that no issues
