The team is rock solid - regardless of which department you're in and which role you have, you're constantly collaborating and learning a lot about the industry. Things are very open and very transparent. We're all here building something we genuinely believe in and use every day. Day-to-day, I find myself working with different people, and there's a lot of trust in the team. There's no micromanaging - everyone serves a purpose and is here because they're right for the job, and everyone is valued for their contributions.
