Pros
I've been working at Bitglass for only 2 months, and so far, I'm very impressed. The culture is that of an excited, fast growing startup within a fast growing space. Any smart sales person knows that the IT industry is moving towards the cloud and BYOD (personal devices). These applications lack proper security and Bitglass is one of the only companies with a great solution. Management is also very attentive and helps people perform at their very best without criticism or micromanagement. In this way Bitglass is unique among companies I've worked. With a centralized office in Campbell, the sales person has all the resources and support needed from everyone from support, marketing, and C-level staff. It is a pleasure to work here.
Cons
The space is relatively new, and customers need to be educated on the dangers of letting data sit without proper security in cloud applications and on mobile devices. However, more and more, IT professionals understand the space, and are looking for exactly the solution Bitglass provides. The future is very promising!
