None. This is a horrible company and any candidate should walk away from any opportunity to work at Bitglass.
Cons
There is not one pro about this company that is worth listing. They fire people without cause. They lie to their customers. They don't have any support structure. Good people are leaving this company because the CEO is horrible and a tyrant. They also practice unethical business practices. I worked there for a good amount of time. The sales organization is without leadership. The communication is poor at best. Their competitors, Netskope, SkyHigh, BlueCoat, Cloudlock, etc, have better products. This review is harsh but it is all true. I wish someone enlightened me about Bitglass before I took the job. I am happy I got out when I could and they could not negatively affect my personal brand and reputation.
