Long hours, startup environments can be difficult

It's ok if you want to make extra money on the side. The trainer I had was amazing and so was my team. They got new management and new software and got rid of the person who trained me and a few other well seasoned employees. Not sure what the future of the company will look like, but getting rid of the trainers and staff was a horrendous move.

They just up and fire well seasoned employees. That sucks
