Poor Leadership - Anonymous employee Bitcoin.com Employee Review

Poor leadership. No onboarding. Was not made aware of welfare or insurance. Day 1 was handed laptop and asked to get down to work. Expected to be in office but was never given office pass. Double standards as other team members were allowed to work remotely 100%. Deadlines always moved forward without asking about my bandwidth. Work processes are manual. Management is not visionary, and adopts a traditional mindset, does not want to change or improved, works with manual input and refuses to listen. Horrible attitudes across the board. No knowledge of welfare and bad work environment, no thank you. You don’t get my service.
