Pros
Watching the bitcoin community evolve and grow over the past four years has been nothing short of a delight. When I started at the Center, no one knew what Bitcoin was, and we taught them, one at a time, journalists and students and traders. This is an agile, startup-like environment, and is a great place to grow.
Cons
Since it's a startup-like environment, it means you need to hustle and "make your own job" and figure out how you can best add value, both to the bitcoin community and to yourself.
