They pay decently Employee Lunches Great View of a pond from the office and area is nice
Cons
Condescending Management Micromanaging style of management - including employee computers being monitored via software Hours are horrible Training is non-existent They make promises they almost never deliver on High turn over rate All around negative environment Absolutely no room for growth- No matter what they will tell you. In time you will see what Im talking about.
