      Pros

      Very fast moving and growing space. If you are into the cryptocurrency space there is always loads to learn. Engineering takes ownership but management is quite disorganized.

      Cons

      Chasing too many objectives with not enough staff Work/life balance is completely skewed Rude Managers Very high turnover in Management Complete disregard for diversity HR is super bossy and rude Claims to offer 'work flexibility' but the expectation from management is long hours Unclear vision and lots of gossip Does not care or value their employees
