Pros
90+% of coworkers are skilled at their jobs and helpful. Much room to grow. If you are into the cryptocurrency space there is always loads to learn. Free lunch and at least when I was there dinner if you want to stay late. They are paying down tech debt from when I left and moving so some of the most modern software tools. Real and strong focus on security (though not all the time).
Cons
Sales team changes more than I would like, but to be honest the sales team of any cryptocurrency space is a gauntlet (i.e. very difficult to produce results in). If you are into the cryptocurrency space it can consume you're life because there is always more to do.
