Got layed off within 3 months of joining. Everything was going well. Suddenly they gave a surprise on a 5 minutes virtual call. They laid off entire compliance team within 5 minutes without any prior notice. They don't care about your career. Any sudden day you can loose your job. They don't have any proper view how to run this organisation. Leadership is bogus. They just destroyed my career. You can't show in your social media that you are working for this company. Think twice before joining.
