Pros
Bit-Wizards is an awesome company to work for for many reasons but it starts with the people. They do a great job at building a strong team that works closely together, learns from each other and balances strengths and weaknesses. The type of work we do at Bit-Wizards is very challenging and stressful but the effects of that are mitigated by an open, collaborative environment and frequent fun team building experiences. The company invests in your training and encourages you to be a lifelong learner, in fact it is one of the core values. They also offer a very good benefits package and very competitive salaries.

Cons
The only true con I can think of has more to do with the abundance of talented individuals and not anything specific to the company. There are a lot of very smart people working at Bit-Wizards who all want to push the company forward and help it grow but also all have their own ideas and opinions on how to get there and that can cause conflict and frustration from time to time without clear direction and guidance from higher up on what is really best for the company
