Pros
This has been a genuinely fun place to work. People care about what they’re building and are thoughtful about how they build it. You’re trusted pretty quickly, which makes the work feel meaningful. There’s a good mix of independence and support, and it’s easy to learn just by being around people who’ve done this before. Asking questions is normal, and feedback is direct but supportive. Even though the team is remote, it doesn’t feel isolating.

Fast pace and ownership-heavy, which is great for growth but not ideal if you want something very structured.
