Pros
You learn a lot very quickly about very diverse systems and the team from top to bottom is excellent. They really care about their people and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. They want you to succeed and learn and are willing to help get relevant certifications.
Cons
It’s hectic and can often feel disorganized there will be bouts of everyone being stretched way too thin followed by bouts of relative slowness. At the time with the phone setup it was often challenging to work from home but I hear that has improved a ton. At the time a lot of the answers were only stored in someone’s head. Too much tribal knowledge and since everyone was always scattered off at clients it was hard to find time to improve documentation if you needed someone else’s input.
