      Leader of the organization have great vision to carry his team to righteous goal of excellence

      Marketing team id dominant and politics is at its boom from them, they give tough time to the new comers as they have influence not only over CEO but also to every department

      BTL provides good learning opportunity though with less compensation

      Cons

      BTL is far from the main city of Faisalabad and less compensation makes it difficult to afford personal car. Company bus will take upto 3 hours of a day
