      Communication between management and staff is awesome. Every morning the entire company meets to discuss the days goals and to share ideas. Monthly company birthday parties are fun.

      Pros

      The warehouse has an air conditioner in summer and heat in winter. The orders are easy to process and the products are so fun. I love our morning meetings. Everyone is like family here. If you want to advance, just tell management and they will cross-train you in other jobs. The more you learn the higher your pay.

      I can't think of any. So much better than my last job.
