Pros

Below info are based out of Bangalore- Whitefield location. Work from Home New good building (Kalyani Tech Platina) Good Ambience & Less crowded Worklife balance

Cons

Poor Management (Admin & IT team) It will take almsot a month to get your Original ID card, till then you have to sign in gate entrance and in reception, you need to submit the temporary card every day. It will take weeks for getting IT support even for desk phone installation. Only 1 common cafeteria near DXC building. New hires are in bench even after 1 month. Join only if you are sure that you are into Projects. There are fake ratings for Birlasoft you can see. People give 5* saying it's good company and asking is there any job in this company for them to join!!!
