      Company have a lot of benefit and opportunity. No late work office close at 6 pm .

      Cons

      Early start 8:30am sometime it's difficult to reach on time.

      If you have worked for 5 years in Birlamedisoft, this question does not arises .. you may have some issue at your end.

      Pros

      - Good company for fresher to start with struggle - Good track to gain knowledge - Healthcare domain is good platform to work in - Good for kick-start a career

      Cons

      - Working area and premises is in middle range - You will find low quality stuff in office like PC, Tables, Fan (?) - Employees seems much rude to new one - Less salary - If you join the company then there will be large amount of conditions to work over - You should be dedicated to work only and have to work overnight as we as holidays if needed (Saturday working) - Forget family and focus on work with tight deadlines(?) - Job satisfaction is equal to 0
