Pros
Discount on merchandise and repairs. If you are willing to keep secrets and help Store Manager get away with not showing up for work and leaving early you can benefit from alot of perks such as free merchandise, days paid for work that you did not work etc.
Cons
Terrible Management from District Manager to Store Managers. I have Never seen a Business that hires Managers with No Management skills at all.
