Pros
Wages seem good as you come in the door. The facility looks nice on the outside. Close to a few restaurants for lunch breaks.
Cons
Once you realize how little you are actually paid in comparison with nearby companies with similar roles it's hard to be positive. Facility is filthy inside. Floor tiles are peeling up, creating trip hazards all over. There are actual holes in the floor. Swarms of flies in the break rooms The roof has multiple patches and drip bags. Broken safety equipment/emergency buttons. The fact that this company is IPC certified is ridiculous. There is no way the inspectors werent paid off.
