Your ideas are heard and acted upon. Credit is given where credit is due. BGG wants to know your goals and help you reach them. They are an understanding company that work with you to be sure you are successful and comfortable in your day to day. They spread the wealth, no other company I have worked for offers bonuses if the company is doing well. You get out of it what you put into it.

Set hours. Most departments have set hours based off of PST so if you are not in the PST time zone expect to have weird hours. Some departments are flexible! This is a fast-paced environment that can come with a lot of changes. Be willing to go with the flow and continue to learn. With the face paced environment you need to also be okay with that coming to a halt during slower months as well.
