Upper management is great at cultivating a toxic workplace environment. District managers complain about people quitting as if its not a direct result of their awful treatment of the workers. Constantly overworking the baristas leading to rapid burnout. The pay and benefits are not worth the stress that comes with. Sadly the HR department is a bit of a joke... DMs consistently talk about fellow staff they dislike and plan on firing. Worst of all... sexual harassment cases get brushed off and not taken seriously. Overall a super disappointing experience working here.
