      - The environment is laid back and casual making it easy to talk to people - Good work life balance - Monthly lunches, holiday events

      Cons

      - Management can be unorganized and take time to get back to request (ie tech problems, HR questions, etc.) - There's not many benefits besides the basics and monthly lunches

      Work life balance here is great for the most part with times being more busy, but that's the nature of research. Friendly colleagues willing to collaborate and help out

      Growth in salary and position quite slow Benefits are basic
