The technology is fantastic and well respected among competitors. Benefits package is nice and HR department is very helpful and courteous.

Senior management has absolutely no clue how to run a business. The sales team and engineering department barely work together and R&D is incredibly poorly handled.

Not good at all really don't waste your time, the owner sister she is not have any compression for the people they have preference with they family because is a family business, some workers can be unrespectful and they don't care but if they see you in the phone they make a big drama, some of the machine operator are nice and if they can speak and say how bad they feel but they can't speak because they need the job they not say anything is really poor job if you read this please not go there or if you have money for layer or you know the law go forward they are racist and many other things i can mention more but is not a place where you want to be till you retired. Plus a workers loss a couple (Die) and they give just 2 days they was merry years and they don't care about feelings or anything.
