Pros
I feel like I couldn't be happier to be at Biosynth. It's partly the team I've ended up in but also the role I have really suits me. The culture is really forward thinking and considering how many companies they have taken on board lately they still work hard to make everyone feel welcome.
Cons
It can feel uncoordinated as they are have taken on so many companies very quickly. But everyone is really positive to try and find an answer.
