Team and culture very good.

Team was close knit and worked well together. Everyone from management to lab tech was very friendly and supportive. Workplace was nice and spacious

Salary was below average for the industry. Company is small but rapidly expanding and as a result workload could be hectic with additional resources needed to help alleviate the pressure
