Cons
There are numerous cons to working for this company. First, you will be worked to death! Second, you will NOT get paid the rate of pay that you should. Third, getting a hold of upper management staff is almost impossible. Fourth, if there is damage to your personal property it takes forever for the company to pay. Fifth, upper management will not stand up for their staff when false accusations are made against them. Sixth, upper management have no idea what goes on in the houses or what the individuals like, dislike, are capable of doing, or uncapable of doing. Seventh, the only chance for advancement comes if you are part of a specific "clique". Eight, training for their staff is almost invisible. Almost all staff are poorly trained and have no idea how handle a plethora of situations.
